Course Outcomes

Course-level student learning outcomes (SLOs) are measurable skills or knowledge that students achieve after successful completion of a particular course. SLOs are created by faculty, approved by the Curriculum Committee, and appear in publicly available course outlines of record and course syllabi. At 精选AV, at least one course outcome is assessed for every section of every class that is offered in a given semester.

Course SLO Aggregate Assessments allow you to look back at how the course has been meeting its goals in recent semesters to inform the revision process. These reports are due prior to an official course outline revision.

Program Outcomes

Program-level student learning outcomes (PSLOs) are measurable skills or knowledge that students achieve after successful completion of a particular certificate or major. PSLOs are created by faculty, approved by the Curriculum Committee, and appear in the college catalog and in CurricUNET.  At 精选AV, These reports are due when an official program outline is revised.
